Job Role: Tele-Sales Trainer

Job Summary:

A Tele-Sales Trainer is responsible for training and developing the sales team in the art of selling over the phone. They typically work for call centers or companies that rely heavily on phone sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs: The Tele Sales Trainer will design and implement training programs that are specifically tailored to the needs of the sales team. This may include training in communication skills, objection handling, and product knowledge.
