Scientist

• MSc/MTech/PhD with 5-7 years’ experience with Good soft skills and documentation skills with proficient technical writing skills.
• Experience in upstream process and should have knowledge on Bioreactors.
• Operation of lab scale and Pilot scale Fermentors from 1.0 L scale to 100 L scale.
• Experience in downstream process.
• Effective Planning and quality execution of lab scale and pilot scale experiments anticipated.
• Should have experience in development of scale-up and scale-down models for biological processes.
• Experience in identification and qualification of alternatives in biological processes.
• Experience in process monitoring and troubleshooting of commercial manufacturing processes.
• Experience on qualification and maintenance of equipment.
• Experience on working at GLP/GMP environment.
• Experience and understanding on quality management system and regulatory guidelines.
• Should demonstrate good teamwork and documentation skills.
• Should have good scientific knowledge, presentation skills and communication skills.
• Maintenance of Laboratory and pilot facility as per GLP procedures.
