Incumbent must have experience in a Sugar Industry related to civil engineering work of 10-15 Years.

• Maintenance budgeting & planning:Preparethe unit maintenance plan and budget for civil maintenance activities; ensure adherence to the same

• Operations Management:Ensure timely and quality execution of civil maintenance work at the Unit (colony and plant)

• Cost Management:Implement initiatives to reduce/ optimize the cost of civil maintenance activities

• Capex project budget & execution:Recommend civil related capex requirements for new projects and ensure timely execution of capex initiatives

• MIS & reports: Update related data in SAP and prepare reports as required

• Compliance Management:Follow all statutory compliances related to civil maintenance from an operational standpoint

EHS & TPM:Implementation safety and TPM initiatives in the section.
