Company Description

Kasturi Orchid is a luxury hotel with 48+ rooms, three banquet halls, and 2 Big gardens with a multi-cuisine restaurant in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will manage accounts, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, present solutions to clients, and oversee client projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client relationship management, and project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus
