Job Title: Senior Executive – Material Management

Salary: INR 7.00 lacs to 9.16 lacs per annum

Number of Vacancies*: 10

State Location**: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Gujrat

Reporting to: Site Manager


Key Responsibilities


1.Material Management:

Store / Material management with SAP to ensure operational efficiency

Take delivery of material for CGD project

Check for damaged or missing items Or any other job assigned from time to time

Load material for dispatch

Input data regarding stock and inventory into a computerized system SAP or Excel whichever as per guidance of GA in charge

Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others

Plan for inventory as per GA in charge instruction

STO/GRN/FTS/SAP/Processing of bills

Any other job assigned from time to time

Qualification, Experience & Other Requirement

Full time Bachelor Engg. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Inst. / Material Science or Full time MBA Degree in Material Management, Supply Chain Management with minimum 60% marks from a recognized AICTE approved Indian University/ Institute or any recognized institutes. Diploma in Material Management after degree will be given preference

At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in Material Management with minimum 5 years in Material Management in CGD

Knowledge of SAP


Skills Required

Strong Data orientation

Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

Works well under pressure

Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyze and meet operational deadlines

Willingness to take on sustained Site Work, Ethics & Moral values

Have good communication skills.

Language capabilities in English, Hindi & preferably local language.
