Role: IT/Technical Recruiter

Exp: 2 to 7 Years

Looking for immediate or maximum 15 days Notice Period candidates

Location: Anywhere in India (Preferably Bangalore)


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end RPO.
  • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from understanding the requirements, sourcing, selection, to on boarding the candidates
  • Understanding the client’s needs and delivering value by creating right solutions for them.
  • Create active pipeline of Talent Pool for critical positions.
  • Interaction with Business Heads to discuss the requirement plan and device an action plan.
  • Developing rapport with all stake holders and partnering with business in contributing to the decisions when selecting candidates
  • Ensuring on time delivery, feedbacks & identifying gap areas
  • Daily MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management
  • Work towards innovative and new methods for talent scouting

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Having 2+ yrs years of experience in IT hiring
  • Stakeholder Management & has the ability to interact across levels
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Prior Hiring Experience in IT product Hiring is preferred.
  • Responsible for all levels of hiring across multiple businesses within the Client organization.
  • Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management and post offer Management.
  • Proficiency in understanding market intelligence and present data on a regular basis.
  • Proven track record in handling Senior Level hiring.
  • Hands on head-hunting skill
  • Good Communication Skills.
