KEY RESPONSIBITILES:

Financial Reporting as per IND AS. Sound knowledge on US GAAP & IFRS
Scrutinizing of expenses and ensuring accuracy of provisions
Preparation of presentation on financial statements by the 7th working day of every month
Preparation of Consolidated Financial statements at the end of each quarter
Liaising with internal and statutory auditors for timely closures
Review of the schedules prepared by the Corporate Finance Team at the end of each month
Computation of Income Tax and Deferred taxes
Preparation of accounting manuals and issue guidelines to the operational finance teams. Monitor proper implementation
Familiarity with the GST regulations and help in implementation
Working closely with Business Finance Team to ensure that MIS and other related data are accurate

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: All functional / department head based out of Corporate and branch office
