Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Aureole Events in Prayagraj. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, identify and report issues, and provide recommendations for improvements. Your role will also involve analyzing data, monitoring performance, and implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Certifications in Quality Assurance, such as ISTQB, are a plus
