About Our Client

Our client is a JV between an Indian and Dutch MNC, manufacturing Bakery products for a variety of clients across the country. They are growing exponentially with high ambitions in the Bakery segment. They are looking to hire Quality Control Manager for their Patalganga Plant.

Job Description

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality control systems, procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Managing team of quality control technicians
  • Monitoring and analyzing product quality data to develop corrective actions
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure effectiveness and identifying areas of improvement
  • Managing budgets and resources for quality control department
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams for robust quality systems
  • Participating in development of new products for Quality

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you are from Food science, chemistry or allied academic background with at least 7 years of experience in Quality Control Management in the food industry. You gave strong knowledge of food industry regulations and standards such as FDA, FSSA, GMP, USDA, etc. You can manage multiple projects and experience of manufacturing food ingredients is an added advantage. You have excellent Leadership, Communication, problem solving and analytical skills. You have an excellent track record and are open to new challenges.
