Job Description

You will be responsible for :
  • Collating and analysing data and information to set up new quotation entry on Excel
  • Creating & updating contents for digital marketing platform
  • Assisting with asset register tagging and update as well as data entry
  • Filing support for accounts non-confidential documents and packing for storage
  • Providing general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Profile
  • You have at least a GCE ’O’ level/ Diploma.
  • You have some work experience and are available for at least 3 months
  • You are proficient in MS Office (MS Excel) pivot table, vlookup, etc.
  • You are organised and meticulous with initiative and a good working attitude
  • You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
