Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction

Language: English and Kannada

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field

Place: Kodagu and Mangalore

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated site engineer to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

1. Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.

2. Coordinating and supervising construction workers.

3. Selecting tools and materials making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.

4. Checking and preparing site reports.

5. Maintaining quality control procedures.

Site Manager’s Requirements:

1. Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.

2.The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

3.Excellent supervision skills.

4.Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.

5.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

6.Valid DL with two wheeler compulsory.
