We are looking for a young & dynamic Site Supervisor to manage our Mysore Unit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • He shall be responsible for Production Planning and control activities at the factory
  • would be responsible for material planning and inventory management.
  • Maintain discipline; resolve internal problems; and communicate change working systems
  • Preparing Monthly production plan
  • deal with production &other dept. for production
  • Ensure high quality production /material flow /housekeeping and conformance to Health, Safety & Environment standards and Quality Management.
  • Meeting customer requirements & Delivery performance
  • Preparing Master & Day wise production plans
  • Capacity Planning & Utilization
  • Manpower requirement planning
  • Handling day to day issues, follow up and decision making for producing the planned quantities by interacting with other departments

Requirements:

  • The Candidate should be aged below 35 years.
  • The Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience
  • The Candidate should have a Two Wheeler of his own
  • The Candidate should be minimum 12th Pass

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
