JOB PURPOSE

Manage a team of Smart Officer /Smart Office Managers drive business targets and profitability for the assigned territory

ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Will work as Business head for the assigned territory
  • Develop an effective agency channel for the assigned territory
  • Identify tie up with potential Motor Dealers/Sub dealers and initiate business with them.
  • Develop relationship with tie up Bank employees, train motivate them to do business achieve target.
  • Building and managing a team of highly professional Smart Officer in charge in the assigned territory.
  • Ensuring recruitment of intermediaries through Smart Officers
  • Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget
  • Should be adept at multi-tasking(handle SO sales operations on an ongoing-basis, whenever need arises)
  • Co-ordinate with Underwriters, HR, IT Operations team to manage a smooth function of smart offices




* Minimum Education Qualification : MBA/Graduate.
