Manage a team of Smart Officer /Smart Office Managers drive business targets and profitability for the assigned territory
ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
- Will work as Business head for the assigned territory
- Develop an effective agency channel for the assigned territory
- Identify tie up with potential Motor Dealers/Sub dealers and initiate business with them.
- Develop relationship with tie up Bank employees, train motivate them to do business achieve target.
- Building and managing a team of highly professional Smart Officer in charge in the assigned territory.
- Ensuring recruitment of intermediaries through Smart Officers
- Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget
- Should be adept at multi-tasking(handle SO sales operations on an ongoing-basis, whenever need arises)
- Co-ordinate with Underwriters, HR, IT Operations team to manage a smooth function of smart offices
* Minimum Education Qualification : MBA/Graduate.
Preferred Industry Experience : General Insurance
