Social Media Designer Responsibilities


Producing content/ posts / pages / applications to be posted online / website / Mobile App to attract customers.

Brand asset creation of online campaigns and social media campaigns.

Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.

Measuring key performance indicators.

Continually enhance the website for high customers appeal, ease of use and full service functionality. Work with third party vendors as needed to maintain the website and its content.

To ensure that content on social medial / website/ Mobile App, remains fresh by replacing older ads/creative/content with newer promotions and based on recent market trends.

Assist in campaign and promotion conceptualization, various email digital communication including design, content distribution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy and graphic format requirements for major online marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads

Obtains final approval from Compliance and appropriate managers on all design work prior to printing and posting.



Requirements

Social Media Designer Technical Skill Requirements


Well Experienced in using standard design software, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and product photography is a plus.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and Website Security Hosting, is a plus.

In-depth understanding of key marketing and design software, design aesthetics and marketing principles.


Social Media Designer Requirements


The candidate should be highly self-motivated, pro-active, highly organized, possess in-depth knowledge of marketing competencies and able to work with little direction.

Good communication skills.

Be able to produce Original ideas / content.

Proven ability to produce design works from concept to delivery.

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at once.

Youre not afraid to learn, learn and learn.

Good graphical design portfolio with focus on Social Media and Brand Design.

Motivation to manage your own projects and work with passion for details.
