Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate

  • Advise the Product Team on core tech issues relating to new feature development
  • Work with external vendors/services to integrate with their APIs etc. when needed
  • Work with the Support team to keep track of and triage technical issues and track them through to resolution
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to drive sourcing, screening, interviewing and recruitment of the right talent for your team

Execute

  • Own the product roadmap and be responsible for shipping quality software on time
  • Be responsible for running scaling the application as it expands its user base.
  • Explore applicability of new technologies like Machine Learning to forecast future business outcomes such as cash flow and profitability under multiple scenarios

Lead

  • Own the careers of your team members, deliver regular and timely feedback, represent your team for annual reviews and reward high performers
  • Own the morale of your team, unblock them at critical junctures and set up the team to make the right decisions

What you will be working on

  • Manage seamless Engineering organization to deliver features and bug fixes on time
  • Optimize the analytical and data warehousing process that generates insights and reports
  • Build analytical model
  • Explore applicability of new technologies like Machine Learning to forecast future business outcomes such as cash flow and profitability under multiple scenarios
  • Build APIs to connect with Banking, Government and other Financial services
  • Build a scoring model for assessing credit risk of organizations
  • Build neobanking workflow to make payments and collections
  • Build automated transaction processing using computer vision and ML

Desired Candidate Profile

We prefer candidates from Product Company. 8+ Years experience in Product development, experience in managing the full product development lifecycle under Tech Leadership, Managed team of developers, designers and analyst.
