Responsibilities

Key components of the responsibilities are as mentioned below:

  • Possess in-depth understanding of testing concepts such as Black Box testing, Grey Box testing, Quality Assurance processes, Static testing, Dynamic testing, Business Use case, Database testing etc.
  • Adeptness with Functional, Regression, Integration, System, System integration testing.
  • Ability to define test approach for minor and standard release
  • Ability to create test design approach and effectively communicate with the onsite stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
  • To design and perform regression testing as per approved test cases
  • Skilled in managing Data Warehouse testing life cycle for healthcare data warehouses and reporting data marts
  • Skilled in writing business scenarios for smoke testing and
  • Ability to lead System Testing and UAT phases of as part of SDLC
  • Proficient in writing and reviewing Risk Analysis document
  • Ability to participate in requirement grooming sessions with Business Analysts
  • Must be a team player to coordinate among the various teams to carry out SVT tasks.
  • Play active role in developing and growing the testing practice

Software Skills

  • Programming Languages : Java, Visual Basic, SQL/Oracle
  • Visualization Tool : Excel Pivot Charts
  • Operating Systems : Windows, Linux
  • Microsoft Office Tool : Microsoft Offices
  • Test management and other Tools : Quality Center, JIRA and Top Team

Essentials

  • Expert in writing SQL Queries on various data bases specially Oracle
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills to work with US based teams
  • Fair knowledge in data warehousing and reports

Knowledge of following would be added advantage

  • Healthcare Provider domain knowledge
  • Experience in US healthcare delivery
  • Having experience working in Agile
