Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr. Executive Account & Finance at our leading cosmetics company. As the Sr. Executive Account & Finance, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic company in the cosmetics industry.

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the finance department, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will also be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to senior management and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the finance department, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis for review by management and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, B.com or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of Tally, Journal entries of all transactions, Monthly Trial Balance, Financial Statements & Analyses.
• Knowledge of Income Tax & GST , Monthly reports.
• Excellent Knowledge of Accounts and its principles.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
