*Sr . HR Manager / Manager -HR

*Industry* : Petrochemical Industry

*Location* - Silvassa - Dadra and Nagar Haveli

*Salary* Up to 9 lacs

*Education* - Bachelor’s degree / Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.

*Experience* - Minimum10 years experience.

*Responsibilities*-
Industrial Relations:
Ensure harmonious and cordial industrial relations.
Negotiate and Implement wage settlements & take proactive measures such as union meetings, counseling, mediation etc. Take appropriate disciplinary measures. Closely monitor union activities for smooth running of the organization

Legal:
Co-ordinate with Government Authorities, Advocates & Attend court cases. Advise and recommend Management in connection with litigations.

Statutory and other compliance:
Ensure statutory compliances under various applicable Labour Regulations for the entire company. Deal with various statutory bodies, with a particular reference to all relevant Labour Laws and with any other statutory bodies.

Administration:
Contract Labour Management, Facility Management and Event management , Cordinating with Contractors .

Recruitment & Induction:
Manpower planning. Handle Plant Related Recruitments of Technician, Officers and Executive Cadre Ensure cost and time-effective recruitments. Ensure execution of laid down Induction Process. Active Role/ supportive role in implementing new thoughts/ Ideas.

Effective Management of Overheads:
Formulate cost effective alternatives e.g. outsourcing. Budget, Monitor & control overheads.

Performance Management:
Facilitate Periodic Reviews and Annual and Mid-year Appraisal Process

Problem solving:
Finds innovative solutions too for various problems ( simple or complex)and also encourages team efforts for innovation. Uses analytics and is able to take most tactical decisions for the function. Needs help in taking strategic decisions

HR Policies and Training & Development:
Effectively communicate and implement Employee Policies, Processes and Guidelines to all. Responsible for Training & Development of hourly-rated and monthly-rated workforce.
Contribute to Training & Development of other plant employees.

Payroll:
Responsible for execution of monthly Payroll activity including payroll stat. compliance and audits. Welfare:
