Job Description

Organizing the recruitment of staff, coordinating interviews, checking references, Drafted contracts and finalized same for all new hires Maintain the employees Joining Exit Report Managed time attendance and Administering payroll/deductions for staff on HR-Mantra (HR Payroll Software) Plan office spaces, managing project expenses Vendor Managements Vendor Registration, Drafted Agreements, Billing etc Asset Management Maintain all the Equipment other Assets Record Financial Management.

Proven experience as administration manager

In-depth understanding ofoffice managementprocedures and departmental and legal policies

Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

Proficient in MS Office

An analytical mind with problem-solvingskills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

A team player with leadership skills
