Day to day activities may include, but not limited to:
Monitor credit negative transactions of borrower on mortgaged property.
Verifying orders of mortgage by analysis of all mortgage transactions of different
states
Prepare and maintain current data on mortgaged property and extend help with
asset tracking
Identify the ownership of each piece of property.
Conduct regular reviews of property.
Prepare title chains of various properties.
Analyse the transaction and find fraud or any suspicious transaction on property.
Carry out CERSAI of the company or individual for finding property details.
Understand charge related documents.
Analyzing data and drawing actionable insights
Conduct Encumbrance search report , Sub Registrar search report (asset due
diligence , Title Search report. Behavioural expectations:
