Job Description- Staff Nurse
Job Role:
A staff Nurse will be responsible for overall planning of nursing care of patients and for assignment of patients to nurses working in the ward. Responsible for performing venepuncture to obtain blood sample from patient. You will ensure that total health needs of patients are met. You will work with a variety of patients and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.
Job Description & Responsibilities
· Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
· Responsible for blood sample collection from patient. Follow safety guidelines, accuracy in collection of samples. label them correctly. Maintain clean and sterilized equipment.
· Record ECG with portable machine. explain tests to patients.
· Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support
· Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems
· Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc)
· Help patient in ultrasound process.
. Excellent in cannula injection process
· To issue medicine from pharmacy and maintain record
· Monitor and record patient’s condition and document provided care services
· Treat medical emergencies
· Follow care regulations and standards
· Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.
· Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
