Designation: Store Executive

Description: Responsible for All Accounting Work.

The primary focus of this role is to provide day to day management of the Central Stores with responsibility for day to day stores activity such as Receipt, issue , storage, inventory management, maintain store records, etc.

  • Create Sales Invoice
  • Generate Report For Accounting
  • GST Filing
  • Banking Work
  • All Ledger Maintain
  • Employees Salary, Karachi, Advance, Petty Cash payments

Tasks & Activities

  • Create Sales Invoice

Sales Invoice ,Entry purchase invoice, expense Bill

  • Generate Report For Accounting- (monthly -sales, purchase ,bank reconciliation, Due payment
  • GST Filing For GSTR1(Every Month Before Date-10Th ), GSTR-3B(Every Month Before Date-20Th)
  • Nat Banking, work, all bank Related Work.
  • All Ledger Maintain-Employees, Creditors, Debtors, Bank Ledger
