Job Description


What you’ll need to bring to the role

  • An Agile practitioner who has a deep understanding of recruitment strategy as well as a track record of delivery
  • Ability to build sustainable professional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and line managers
  • A deep understanding of the talent landscape across India with particular focus on Hyderabad
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and business partnering credentials
  • Be competent, focused and outcome driven as well as champion our values at all times; delight customers, value each other, collaborate to win and innovate
  • Passionate about contemporary CX (candidate experience) and supporting top talent through our hiring processes


What you’ll be doing

  • Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategy
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within your defined portfolio (locations, BU’s, job families)
  • Work closely with hiring manager to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Build applicant sources, including talent pipelines
  • Develop and manage a network of recruitment and referral sources including universities, professional associations, vendors/agencies to assist in identifying candidates
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members

  • Experienced and passionate recruiter, incl. Tech talent domain expertise
  • Background and successful experience working for a growing MNC (able to navigate a complex matrix organisation)
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Excited by challenging work and professional development
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Familiar with TA Systems & Tools, incl. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • 5+ years recruiting experience is preferred, ideally internal although we will consider a savvy agency recruiter
