- Minimum 2 years in Sales with 1 year in Team Handling.

- Must have exp in team Management.

- Must possess an Android phone

- Exposure in developing sales strategies for team Setting everyday sales targets for team and self.

- Expertise in extracting leads from cold calls Ensuring database is generated to achieve sales Retention in team and focused towards growth of team members.

Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement of sales Sal: 20% to 30% hike from the current CTC( + travel allowances & attractive incentives).
