(I)Essential Qualification & Experience:

(A)Qualification: -

a. Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized National/ International University.

(B) Experience:

a. 15 years of work experience in planning and project implementation.

b. Experience in execution of PPP projects in Port sector like the development of container terminal & Mechanization of berths in at least 1 completed PPP Project.

(II) Desirable Qualification and Experience:

(A) Qualification: -

a. Postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized National/ International University.

b. Postgraduate Diploma in Finance/ Project Management.

c. Postgraduate Diploma in operations research.

(B) Experience:

a. Experience in Port / Shipping Sector.

b. Should possess skills and ability in project management and proficiency in the use of computers.

(III) Role & Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for advising all the projects.

b. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.

c. Will perform a wide range of duties including the creation of a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

d. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment etc) required to complete the project.

e. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

f. Responsible for advising of Managing a team, Establishing goals & objectives. Managing performance & deliverables and Developing & Mentoring staff.

g. Will also plan, Staff, implement and control the project.
