Candidate with overall 12+ years of IT experience.

Required skills:
At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects
At least 3 years of experience in managing Java based projects
At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reporting
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
At least 1 years of hands-on Application Development experience working on Microservices
Experience with agile development methodologies namely SCRUM and/or Kan Ban
Experience and desire to work in an onsite-offshore environment
At least 5-8 years of production quality software development experience
Cloud Services experience preferably on AWS or Azure with ability to model, specify and consumer REST APIs.
Ability to understand technology deeply and ability to guide the team to debug at any level in the software stack
Familiarity with DevOps model of development and QA within a single team.
