Your profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology
  • 4-6 years of total working experience in a similar role including:
    • Hands-on experience working with digital media tools and application like Xuniplay
    • Experience working with ServiceNow as a part of resolver group
    • Experience with troubleshooting issues and coordination with multiple stakeholders
    • Extensive experience in vendor coordination / management to get the issues resolved within the agreed SLAs
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure in a global and disperse environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
  • Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
  • High responsiveness and keen perception.
  • Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues and requests in a highly professional service environment by coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain strong operational relationships with internal and external partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Process Documentation regarding the assigned topics and keeping them up to date
  • Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interaction
  • Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes
  • Maintain a proactive approach to operational and service issues, always aim to improve service KPIs and user experience.
