Job Description

  • Providing technical support / Customer support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.
  • Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions alternatives within the time limit
  • Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.
  • Handling pressure under adverse situations.

Job Location - Jaipur Gurgaon

Salary up to 30K CTC to 34K + Incentives
