Role Description

DigiPhlox has an immediate opening for a full-time Telecaller at our Haldwani location. The role will include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, fixing meetings, answering questions, and generating leads.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and other team members
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly call targets
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
