Job Description

We are looking for a female telecaller to attend the inbound calls .

Roles Responsibilities

Providing service to their customers or solve their queries either by making a call or attending one.

Should have an energetic outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.

Customer follow up

Promoting the company services

Make sure that telephone system works smoothly without interruption.

Requirements

Any graduate

Excellent verbal communication skill in both English and Malayalam

Fresher s or Experienced smart female candidates.

Good knowledge in computer
