Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Advising farmers on the best practices of agriculture through meetings and krish -e app.

Training FCMs on krish -e app and on providing quality advisory on Agronomy, Crop Management and Irrigation management.

Planning, Monitoring and Supervising the work of FCMs and ensuring they conduct the Demo’s effectively and provide quality advisory on farming.

Guiding the Rental Managers for Rental Entrepreneur enrollments and providing support for effective customer services.

Act as a SPOC for all information on our Rental Services in the Territory.

To oversee the FaaS Centres in the territory (usually 3-4 centers per TM)

Train the FCMs on - FaaS selling pitch, different packages, need based solutions, handling queries, etc.

To ensure dealer’s onboarding on new dashboards, farm equipment’s and new practices of farming.

Operational Planning of the activities to be conducted along with FCM and rental managers monthly and quarterly basis.

Experience

3- 5 years of experience in Agri Tech or Agri input industry

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B. SC + M.Sc in Agri
