Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead all infrastructure and Civil Projects of Building, Water, Sewerage, Strome Water Drainage, River Front Develoment, Roads, Transit Hub and Unitility Ducting.
• Conceptulization of conprehensive infrastructure plan for ABD area assessment of infrastructure gapes and service levels.
• Preparation of Enginnering Design, detailed project report, cost estimates and Bill of Quantities.
• Regular Interaction with Client, Stakeholders and contractors and modifiactions accordigly.
• Supervise, Review and quality assurance support during design phase and implementation phase
• Preparation of detailed Enginnering drawings and estimates
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities
• Preparation of detailes Project reports.
• Analysis of rates
• Preparation of Technical Specifications
• Supervision During Construction Phase
• Testing of Quality and Materials
• Measurement of quantities and verification of contractor Billing
• Any other related work required by Project Manager / Team Leader

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in civil engineering With Masters in Civil / Environmental Engineering or equivalent Experience 25 years
