Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
  • OTIF to be in high 90s and ensure full kits
  • Improve quality and processes at vendor & Vendor management
  • Build teams to own and deliver results and improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs.
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements.
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Development of vendors and team
  • Inventory management and norms management for MTA items

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E Mechanical, 15 to 20 years of experience running the procurement & vendor development function of a large or mid-sized company.
  • Hands on experience with supply chain management software Oracle and have experience of TOC model of inventory management
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, Good time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to develop and improve vendor partner relationships.
  • Prefer material handling industry-based experience.
