Minimum 3-8 Years IT experience.
Minimum 2-4 Years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
Candidate should have SuccessFactors certification.
Should be expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.
Should have consistent academic record of >75% aggregate.
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation and conflict resolution skills
High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.
Very independent, responsible and careful way of working
Strong commitment, initiative and exceptional strength
Cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
