Qualification - B.E. (Civil) preferably with Masters in Civil/ Structural/ Planning/ Environment


Experience - 10 15 yrs of relevant experience

Job Profile:

1. Preparation of Detailed Project Reports

2. Project Management Consultancy during implementation

3. Planning, Design & estimates

4. Project Information Memorandum

5. Preparation of schematic design and drawings and cost estimates

6. Formulation of technical specifications and bill of quantities

7. Review of drawings/ designs/ cost estimates and reports

8. Providing all required technical inputs for projects


Desired Candidate Profile:


1. Hands-on experience in preparation of Detailed Project Reports for various infrastructure projects and Project Management Consultancy (PMC).

2. Hand on experience on Urban Infrastructure Projects (City Development Planning/ Municipal Infrastructure Projects like water supply, stormwater drainage, sewerage, solid waste management, etc. core Infrastructure projects)

3. Should be conversant with design principles and standards

4. Should be conversant with applicable development regulations and provisions

5. Should have hands-on experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities and Detailed Project Reports, Project Information Memorandum for infra projects independently

6. Should have hands-on experience of working on AutoCAD

7. Should provide all required technical inputs for projects structured on PPP formats

8. Should have good communication, report writing skill and presentation ability
