Agreeya is looking out for US Pharma Recruiters for Permanent Remote or Remote till covid opportunity


Role: Pharma/Healthcare Recruiter
Experience : 1-5 Years
Location : Anywhere in India OR Delhi NCR
Work Timings : Night Shift (EST/PST)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates with the right skill sets to match the requirements of US Pharma clients .
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting on portals like Dice,Monster, Career Builder,Job Diva,TechFetch.
  • Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines of submission for each requisition.
  • Must have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
  • Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp, c2c).
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing on LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals.
  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
    Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed

Qualifications:
Education Qualification: Any graduate Degree or any masters degree
Experience: Any experience 2+ years in Pharma Recruitment
