Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for a US IT OPT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years experience. (Night Shift)
Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, Indeed, LinkedIn etc and also other networking Methods.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
Well Experienced with end to end handling the Full Cycle of US IT Recruitment. i.e From Sourcing,
Negotiating the best Rates
Experience in working with OPT/CPT ,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
Should have experienced in different US tax terms, Visas, Time Zones (1099, W2, C2C or
Corp-2-Corp)
Willing to work in Night Shifts


Desired Candidate Profile

Good in sourcing using Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Sulekha etc.,
Required Skills:
Must have fair communication skills and good attitude
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, adaptable to changing work
environment.
