Responsibilities and Duties

  • Candidate must have working experience on NON IT Requirements
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per the client Job description research new technologies.
  • Understanding of roles in Health care, finance, R and D.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Understand and summarize the candidate’s key strengths and skills.
  • Must have good experience in hiring Candidates on W2 / Fulltime, or must be well connected with Vendors to hiring candidates on Corp to Corp &1099.
  • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
  • Ability to interact, develop the network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
  • Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
  • Should have excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills.
  • Building and maintaining the database of contacts and resumes and other such info.

Candidates must have the following Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in US Staffing b/w 0.6-3 years
  • Applicant should possess good communication skills. Applicant should have a good understanding of technology.
  • Candidates with BPO experience can also apply.
  • Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
