Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Voice coaching /Classroom Training for New Hires / Laterals / Existing staff.
  • Training in English Grammar, VNA, Subject-verb agreement, Vowels and consonants sounds, Pronunciation, etc.
  • Monitoring and Feedback for Calls.
  • Conduct Refreshers based on TNA / TNI.
  • Track and Report the progress on the trainings delivered
