Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Communicating with Seniors, doctors, End Users and subordinates -- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Documenting/Recording Information -- Recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or in softcopy form.
  • Main Activities:
  • Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material -- Inspecting equipment to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects try 100% to resolve the problem in minimum time.
  • Storage of standby parts:Keep few important parts as a standby part so as and when required you can use them. This will help to minimize the down time.
  • Take Daily Rounds of All Dept: This will help to reduce 60% calls on same time and without any extra affords.
  • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance (AMC/CMC) to Sr. Engineer monthly
  • Handover the required information for the data comparison.
  • Data managing:Keep each equipment data sheet ready from the day of purchase till the date, which includes the date of installation, name of vendor, cost of equipment, extra delivered part, % of CMC/CMC, Name of service provider, down time calculation, expenditure of contract, expenditure on spares & etc.

Knowledge:

  • Latest technology
  • Advance equipments
  • Servicing and Utility of equipments &
  • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipments and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Skills :

  • Operation Monitoring Observation and to make sure a machine is working properly if any application problem occurred.
  • Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Reading Comprehension – Resolve the problem as and when required with the help of Operating OR service manual.
  • Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what end users are saying or asking questions and try to resolve the problem on same time.
  • Systems Evaluation -- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Writing – Forward the data or mail / letter in proper manner.
  • Active Learning -- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving.
  • Learning Strategies – Attend the seminar or training programs arranged by companies.
  • Time Management -- Managing one’s own time and the time of others.
  • Coordination -- Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions

Abilities Needed:

  • Problem Sensitivity -- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.

Oral Comprehension -- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
