The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Resolving student queries and guiding them through shortlisting courses and Universities/Colleges.
• Influencing potential students to enrol in programs to ensure assigned admission targets are met
• Conveying to students about required academic, professional, personal, and financial requirements for case proceedings.
• Handling walk-in, telephonic, and email inquiries.
• Following up with the prospective client over the phone.
• Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time regarding students’ case proceeding

The Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field and have experience in a Visa/PR/Study Visa Counselor.
• You possess study visa experience, primarily for Canada and Australia.
• Knowledge of UK and Europe Study visa or PR process will be advantageous
• You are confident with good command in English, Punjabi, and Hindi to counsel students who wish to study abroad.
• You are enthusiastic, persuasive & competitive
• You are result driven and thrive in fast-paced environments
• You are highly adaptable and can work well in changing environments
