  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities :-Build Configure and Support compute platform on Hypervisor or VMware technologies -Build/Configure and Support Microsoft windows Servers 2012, 2016 and 2019 OS Physical and VMs -Provisioning and managing resources in Azure Cloud platform -Act as a source of expertise across the business providing a range of advice and input into technology and service solutions decision-making, and future ICT technology directions and delivery -Configure / add new services as necessary, Apply OS patches

    • Technical Experience :      -Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration 2012/2016/2019 Min 3 Years experience -Excellent knowledge on VMware Administration vSphere 6x, 7x versions Min 3 Years experience -Hands on experience in WSUS or SCCM -Hands on Troubleshooting skills in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 VMware Issues -Hands on Experience in troubleshooting Physical hardware -HP, Dell VxRail server issues

    • Professional Attributes :      -Excellent Written and Verbal Communication -Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts Compulsory -Experience in Direct Customer Interaction over email and phone

    • Educational Qualification :      Any Graduate
