We help SME and corporate clients improve their services, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Engineer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP networks. Additionally, the VoIP Engineer will be responsible for telephony and networking tasks related to VoIP service.

Qualifications
  • Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Networking skills
  • Expert knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and systems
  • Experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol)
  • Experience with provisioning, configuration, and management of VoIP infrastructure and endpoints
  • Working knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and NAT
  • Experience with VoIP capacity planning and network design
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Certifications in Cisco, Avaya, or other VoIP technologies is a plus
