  • Responsibilities of role
  • Multiple End to End BAU experience right from Monitoring to Impact analysis for Workday updates, Regression testing and adherence to SLAs defined.
  • Develop reusable standardised integrations which could be utilized by other clients as well(POV).
  • Lead conversations between client, external vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements, update testing status, and resolve defects.
  • Worked on a variety of clients with complex requirements as a developer and handled development, testing and delivery along with production run support.
  • Competencies needed to become effective in the role
  • Experience of full integration development life cycle
  • Should effectively Design, Implement Workday integration solutions
  • Translate business requirements into well architected Workday Integration solutions that best leverage the platform
  • Own the design, build and testing of assigned Integrations.
