#Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees across India.

Collaborate with franchise partners to achieve business development goals.

Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities within the assigned states.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide training and support to franchisees to ensure their success.

Monitor and report on the performance of franchise locations.

#qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or MBA-Sales & Marketing.

2 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the QSR sector.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Ability to travel within the assigned states as needed.
