Job description

  • Support Franchise in Business Development.
  • Accountable for sales target for the assigned region.
  • Relationship management with existing Franchise partners (Including Store Visits - Pan India Level).
  • Tracking Franchisee business growth.
  • Dispatching stock to franchise and tracking.
  • Provide training and information to the Franchise.
  • Liaison with various departments like Backend Operations, Logistics, Category & Accounts.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably an MBA Graduate
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Franchise Operations Management.
  • Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Employment Type
