We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to perform a variety of administrative tasks and you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Build good relationship and rapport with clients to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Develop effective working relationships with prospects through regular meetings and identify further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Attend to all routes of space bookings, such as online, phone, and in person.
  • Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide answers to questions, resolve complaints, and maintain a cheerful, positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Build a calendar of co working events that engages all stakeholders such as tech talks, workshops, seminars, festive and fun events etc.
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Present our community professionally

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Customer-Service Skills: You are the first impression of the company. A successful receptionist will be friendly, organized and knowledgeable about the company.
  • Computer Skills: You will need to answer emails, use the phone system, create and manage schedules, and possibly learn industry specific software.
  • Communication Skills: Listening to customers and management, speaking in a clear and friendly way over the phone and face-to-face are essential skills. Exhibit excellent knowledge of client service.
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of customer service.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good crisis management skills.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Experience : 1-3 Years

Qualification:Educated to masters/degree level or equivalent (BBA, B.Com, MBA)

Location :Chennai
