1. To manage the Attendance of the employees.

2. Co-ordination with courier Vendor maintain inward outward of Distribution Dispatch.

3. Inventory Maintenance.

4. Co - ordination with MD & CEOs, Employees & Guest

5. Verification of cleanliness and Hygiene part of office.

6. Co-ordination with accounts department for bill submission.

7. Follow up for Vendor Payment, Orders.

8. Booking of flights, Hotels & Car rental.

9. Verification of Petrol Allowance & Travel Allowance of Employees.

10. Co-ordination for joining formalities of new employees.

11. To look after employees requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have presentable personality with good communication skills

2. Should have at least 6 months experience.

3. Shall have good knowledge of Excel, MS-OFFICE
