ReferScout is seeking a talented and motivated Front-end Developer to join our team. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for developing user-facing features while ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. You will work closely with our back-end and full-stack developers, as well as our product and design teams, to develop and implement cutting-edge features and user experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern front-end frameworks and be passionate about staying up to date on the latest web development technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX designs to code
  • Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks like ReactJS
  • Optimize user experience and performance across a variety of devices and browsers
  • Write clean and maintainable code, following established coding standards and best practices
  • Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues reported by business users or QA
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
  • Stay up to date with the latest web development technologies and frameworks

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and related technologies (such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time
