General Manager - Operations (Squad Leader)

Ooty, Tamil Nadu

Bachelor/ Master’s degree in hospitality studies or related field Minimum of 5 years of work experience

Experience in building a profitable PL and managing revenue of 5cr and 20+ employees, vendors

Responsible for managing PL of the team

Assist in hiring, training, and supervising ground teams and regularly reporting to the leadership team

Develop and implement strategies to get new supply on board

Managing operations and setting up KPIs for the team

Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for business

Understanding local policies and maintaining positive community relationships

Monitor whether the results of the various teams are on schedule and after each sprint present the results to the management team

Evaluate operations of the properties to ensure adherence to standards and policies

Oversee operations flow and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth in business

Leverage other departments’ expertise to drive standardization and an exceptional customer experience

Work flexible hours as the business demands to achieve defined goals

Excellent communication- written verbal
